■ Lot number mortality rates are based on the lot number associated with the last vaccine administered before death. ■ The data can be sorted by “number of deaths”, “number of vaccinations”, or “mortality rate.” ■ If the mortality rates are the same between regions, the region with the highest number of vaccinations administered or deaths will be listed first. ■ This analysis does not necessarily specify the cause of death nor imply a direct causal relationship with the vaccination. ■ This analysis is based on data provided by 124 local governments nationwide, and is compiled from a total of 42,136,862 vaccination records. ■ These vaccination records represent approximately 10% of the total number of vaccinations administered nationwide, which is about 430 million, specifically, 436,193,341, officially published by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare.
